Fundamentals of Music.
Introduction to the fundamental theory aspects of music. Topics covered include notation, intervals, scales, rhythm, and meter. Elementary ear training and basic keyboard harmony are also incorporated. This course is the equivalent of MUS 1430 for music majors, but is specifically designed for non-music majors and music minors who have limited to no experience reading music.
